Bean sprout fritters with spicy mint dip
This is a dish from my childhood. While living in Sri Lanka a family friend came home and shared the recipe with my mom.
Ingredients:
Fritters:
- Washed, fresh bean sprouts
- Egg
- Flour
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Little oil to fry
Mint dip
- Mint leaves
- Dill leaves
- Green chillies
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Water to adjust consistency
Method:
Mix the bean sprouts with the egg until throughly covered. Mix the flour black pepper and salt and then add it to the bean sprouts. Make fritters in manageable size. Shallow fry until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towel / paper to remove any oil.
For the mint dip mix all the ingredients in a blender without water. Add water if needed.

Sri Lanka Explored ??
The country where I took my first breath, the country where I called home for many years is a unique rock on the Indian Ocean!
After much anticipation finally had the chance to explore some new parts of Sri Lanka.
Let the photos speak 🙂

Down the same path
Here I am again failing to keep at this.
Anyways… photography is one thing I can be confident with.
Floating Breakfast at Dusit Thani Maldives
With the equipment at hand and with a lot of luck, especially with good weather, I was able to pull this one! Heading in without much of concept.
Fire Team ?
Teamwork is very important. Knowing your teams weaknesses and strengths can help in stressful situations! Practicing and doing drills keeps us in shape! #DusitThani #firefighter #volunteer
Interview
Did my first magazine interview. Along with the GM shared my experience opening the resort.
Sales pitch
Today had a call with a company who are providing google ads. A good sales pitch is very important and not over delivery of what you can commit to is paramount.
This is what we can do.. and this what we will not do!
Stick to what you are good at…
