Pizza! I love pizzas! Been eating them, been watching people making them! Now finally making my own!
There is something very satisfying about making food the way you like it.
The dough:
A simple wheat flour dough with some oregano and a dash of buttermilk, olive oil, yeast and pinch of salt and sugar.
After setting it to rest for 4 hours the result was a nice soft dough ball.

- Fresh Tomatoes
